H. E Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, Mr. Longuinhos dos Santos, along with other members of Eight Constitutional Government, namely H.E Minister of the Precedency of the Council of Ministers, H.E Minister of Finance, H.E Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, H.E Minister of Health, H.E Vice Minister of Social Solidarity and Inclusion, had meeting with H.E President of Republic of Democratic of Timor-Leste, Dr. Jose Ramos Horta . The was held in the Presidential Palace-Aitarak Laran.
