by Dili, March 11, 2025 – The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Culture (MHESC), through the National Directorate of Human Resources (NDHR), held a dissemination session aimed at Public Administration Agents (AAP) and Casual Employees, with the main theme “Duties and Rights in Public Administration, Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Process”.
The event took place in the auditorium of the Instituto Superior Cristal (ISC) in Balide-Dili and was officially opened by H.E. the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. José Honório, who highlighted the importance of this activity for employees to better understand their duties and rights in the exercise of their functions. The Minister also addressed a recommendation to the Commissioner of Comissão da Função Pública (CFP), Dr. José Telo Soares Cristóvão, about the low number of permanent staff at the MHESC, asking the CFP to implement a policy to address this concern.
The presentations were given by the following speakers:
· PKPFP’s National Director, Mr. Francisco da Costa Pereira, addressed the topic of “Duties and Rights in Public Administration”.
· National Director PDFP’s National Director, Mr. Lourenço Barros Magno, presented on the “Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Procedure”.
