Díli, November 4, 2024: His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, Dr. José Honório, presided over the monthly National Flag Raising ceremony for November, along with directors, staff, and technicians, at the Ministry’s premises in Colmera, Díli.
Additionally, as the inspector of the ceremony and the Ministry’s highest leader, His Excellency the Minister, with full commitment and competence, delivered a message and made an appeal to directors and staff regarding the ongoing updates and progress, particularly concerning their responsibilities in the exercise of their roles, in order to provide a higher quality of service.
This monthly ceremony was organized by the National Directorate of Human Resources and, as is customary, was attended by all directors and staff of the Ministry, including autonomous tutored institutions, such as ANAAA and INCT.
