Gleno, April 13, 2026 — The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture (MHESC), through the National Directorate of Human Resources (DNRH), held an information session on civil service legislation and the social security contribution system for faculty and staff at the Higher School of Coffee Studies and Research (ESEIC) in Gleno, Ermera Municipality.
The main objective of the initiative was to enhance the knowledge of faculty and staff regarding civil service laws and regulations, thereby contributing to the strengthening of the human resources management system within their institutions. The program also included the dissemination of relevant information on the social security contribution system.
The opening session was presided over by the Chief of Staff to the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, Mr. José Boavida Simões, representing His Excellency the Minister.
The event was attended by the Director of ESEIC and his team, MHESC officials, trainers, and technical staff.
