Dili, September 3, 2026 โ The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture (MHESC), under the leadership of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, ๐๐ ๐ง. ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐จ ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ง๐๐ฆ๐ข ๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐จ, held a regular meeting today with the Ministryโs senior officials and advisors at the MHESC offices in Colmera.
The meeting focused on assessing progress in the implementation of programs and activities outlined in the 2026 Annual Action Plan, including achievements to date, key challenges, and proposals to strengthen the implementation of activities in the coming period.
His Excellency the Acting Minister called on all officials and staff to continue working together with discipline, responsibility, and commitment to ensure the effective implementation of the Ministryโs priorities.
