by Cambodia, 3-6/6/2024: The delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture (MESCC) of Timor-Leste, led by Mr. HernΓ’ni Viterbo da Costa Soares, the General Director of Budget and Planning, actively participated in the 85th ASEAN Committee on Science, Technology, and Innovation (COSTI-85) and Related Meetings held in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Their engagement aimed to foster collaboration and exchange on science, technology, and innovation initiatives within ASEAN member states and with dialogue partners.
