Ministry of higher Education, Science and Culture, through Nacional Directorate of Human Resources cooperates with the Nacional Institute of Social insurance, conducted a seminar with the objective to disseminate the law no. 12/2016, 14th November, about the “Contributory Regime for Social Insurance”. This seminar was held in Ian Martin Hall, Balide to ensure the staffs of MESCC and SEAC, were able to get the information about system and procedure of this law. The seminar was chaired by the National Director of Human Resources, and officially launched by the Chief of Cabinet of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, Mr.Jose dos Santos. The event was also participated by directors, chiefs and staffs of MESCC and SEAC.
