Guangzhou, 17-22/11/2024: Over several days, a team of senior officials from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture (MESCC), led by the National Director of Human Resources, Mr. Edgar Soares, along with other ministry officials and technicians, participated in the training program titled “Financial Management”, organized in collaboration with ICCCM-ITEA in Guangzhou, China.
A total of ten participants attended the training over the course of one week. This activity was also accompanied by the Education Attaché of Timor-Leste in China and included the participation of representatives from ICCCM and ITEA, led by their Executive Director, Ms. Nicy Bai, and her team.
