by The team from Ministry of higher Education, Science and Culture, along with INCT and UNTL, participated at the official ceremony of Launching the website of the National Commission of Timor-Leste for UNESCO (KNTLU), held in Cathedral Hall in Dili. This project has been implemented through a cooperation with TIC –Timor in order to enable a design and development of website system to provide the virtual space for KNTLU and get all information’s are accessible by public. Beside this activity, KNTLU also organized a public lecture that target the students from the Social Communication Department of UNTL.
