This conference was held within two days, in the Kay Rala Xanana Gusmao Auditorium Hall, in the Ministry of Finance. Opened remarks by H. E Vice-Prime Minister Mrs.Armanda Berta dos Santos. In this conference participated by H.E Secretary of state for Social Security of Portugal, Minister of Finance, Ambassador of Portugal in Timor Leste and Ex-Members of Government Timor Leste and Portugal, members of diplomatic, Directors and staff from relevant institutions.
