H.E Minister of Higher Education Science and Culture, Mr.Longuinhos dos Santos, opened the ceremony of preparatory course of Portuguese language, culture and pedagogy targeted the admitted scholarship holders. These scholarship holders divided into categories such as : a) the excellence merited scholarship holders; b) scholarship for lectures from different private higher education institutions. These scholarship holders will depart to CPLP countries such as: Brazil and Portugal.
