Díli, 05/09/2024: The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, through the National Directorate of Higher Education (DNES), held a meeting with 29 Timorese scholarship recipients in the MESCC conference room in Colmera, Díli. These candidates will be sent to Indonesia to continue their studies in the field of aviation.
The meeting, led by the National Director of Higher Education, Mr. Higino Alves, was attended by staff and technicians from ANATL, I.P., and aimed to share information related to the criteria and procedures in place for the scholarship recipients, to ensure they can comply and support their study process while abroad.
The scholarship recipients were selected based on merit through a public competition funded by the Technical Secretariat – FDCH, and facilitated by ANATL, I.P. As a result, the scholarship recipients will continue their studies in aviation at Polytechnic Institutes specialized in aviation, located in Surabaya, Bali, and Jakarta, Indonesia, at the diploma 3 level.
