by Dili, December 29, 2025 — The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Culture held its 2025 Annual Evaluation Meeting at Delta Nova Hall, aiming to analyze service performance, achievements, and the main challenges encountered throughout the year.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for reflection and for formulating recommendations to strengthen institutional performance in the coming year.
On this occasion, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, Dr. José Honório, delivered remarks of appreciation and motivation to leaders and staff, emphasizing the need to strengthen responsibility and commitment in implementing the Ministry’s priorities.
The meeting was attended by representatives from ANAAA, INCT, and ETCI, as well as ministry leaders, employees, and advisors.
