Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, Mr.Loguinhos dos Santos, participated in the Council of Ministers Meeting chaired by Her Excellency Vice- Prime Minister Mrs. Armanda Berta dos Santos, held in Government Palace.
In that particularly meeting, the Council of Ministers approved a Decree Law as a 3rd alteration of Decree law no.7/2012, 15th February, approved of Carrier Statute Lecture of University, presented by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture.
