Aileu, 29/07/2024: The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, through the National Directorate of Human Resources (DNRH), in cooperation with the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP – Portuguese acronym), held a training activity for management positions and department heads from various divisions within the Ministry, which took place at the ISC Center, Aileu Villa Municipality.
This activity is part of the 2024 annual plan of the National Directorate of Human Resources, aimed at providing training and capacity building for management and department heads within the Ministry, to better understand leadership and its dynamics, characteristics, and dimensions, thereby contributing to the effectiveness and quality of service delivery by the management positions when exercising their functions within the Ministry.
The training was officially opened by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, Dr. José Honório, on July 29, 2024. According to the plan, the training will take place over the course of one week, from Monday, July 29, 2024, to Friday, August 2, 2024, at the ISC Center in Aileu.
The trainers for this activity are technicians from the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), and the participants are from the MESCC itself.
