Dili, January 6, 2026: The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture (MESCC), through the Portuguese Language Training Department, distributed Portuguese language course certificates to Ministry employees. A total of one hundred (100) participants successfully completed Levels 1 and 2 in 2025.
The event was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, who presented the certificates to the employees and delivered words of appreciation and motivation, encouraging them to continue promoting the Portuguese language within the Ministry.
The event was attended by leaders, employees, and Portuguese language trainers.
