by Dili, 6/05/2024: The management and staff of MESCC conducted the flag-raising ceremony, as a regular activity that takes place on the first day of each month, at the MESCC premises located at Avenida Marginal No.4, Colmera, Dili.
The flag-raising ceremony was chaired by the Director General of Planning and Finance at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, Mr. HernΓ’ni Viterbo da Costa Soares, representing His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Culture. The responsibility for this flag-raising session was entrusted to the National Directorate of Higher Education, with support from the Flag Hoisting Corps, including the Musical Choir of the Institute of Health Sciences (ICS).
