by Liquiçá, January 24, 2026 — His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, Mr. José Honório, participated in the 7th Graduation Ceremony of the São João de Brito Institute for the 2025 Academic Year, held at the ISJB Hall in Ulmera, Liquiçá.
The graduation ceremony was held under the main theme, “A Fire That Lights Other Fires,” marking the completion of academic training for students enrolled in bachelor’s degree programs from four (4) departments, with a total of ninety-seven (97) final-year students.
The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates to the graduates, followed by a group photo session.
