Liquica, April 7, 2025 – The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Culture (MHESC) is carrying out training in Office Management for its employees, with the aim of strengthening skills and improving the quality of the Ministry’s administrative services.
The initiative is coordinated by the National Directorate of Human Resources (NDHR), in partnership with the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).
The opening ceremony was presided over by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, Dr. José Honório, and was attended by the Director General of INAP, Mr. Policarpo Amílcar Boavida, and the Chief of Staff, Mr. Luís dos Anjos Soares, as well as the Inspector General, National Directors, Coordinators, Heads of Department and MHESC officials.
Thirty officials from different directorates of the Ministry are taking part in the training. The training will take place between April 7 and 11, 2025, in the Administration Hall of the Municipality of Liquiçá.
