Railaco, 22/04/2024: The National Human Resources Directorate of MESCC, in collaboration with the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP), conducted an “Office Management” training activity for Ministry employees at the Padre Domingos Sequeira Training Center in Railaco, Municipality of Ermera.
The aim of this training is to further develop the skills and competencies of public administration employees in administrative management and office work. This training can provide them with the ability to carry out their work with efficiency, transparency, and professionalism.
Other main objectives of this training include enhancing employees capacity in relation to the principles of public administration, communication skills, document management, understanding of processes and procedures, effectiveness in the use of information technology resources, among others.
The opening of this activity was officially conducted by the Chief of Staff of the MESCC Minister, Mr. JosΓ© Boavida SimΓ΅es, and was attended by the General Director of Planning and Finance of MESCC, Mr. HernΓ’ni Viterbo da Costa Soares, representatives from INAP, MESCC leadership positions, and Ministry employees.
The trainer for this training was provided by INAP. According to the activity plan, it will be conducted over five days, starting on Monday, April 22, and ending on Friday, April 26, 2024, at the same location.
