by The Inspector-General of the Inspection and Audit Office of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, Mr. Domingos Barros, representing His Excellency the Minister of MESCC, presided over the regular and ordinary Flag Raising Ceremony for the month of June, held in the first week of this month, on June 3rd, at the MESCC premises in Colmera, Dili.
In the said session, in the absence of His Excellency the Minister due to an external mission, the Inspector continued to inform the technical staff and the MESCC structure about the importance of strictly complying with public administration regulations and rules, in order to ensure the provision of quality services, and thus serve the institution and the State.
This month’s ceremony session was the responsibility of the Inspection and Audit Office of MESCC, which also had the support of the Instituto Superior Cristal (ISC) for the Flag Raising team and the Musical Choir.
