by Dili, 13/05/2024: Officials and Technicians from the National Directorate of Procurement and the National Directorate of Finance, Planning, and Budget, held a training session in the Portuguese language department to disseminate the implementation of the Legal Regime for Public Contract Procurement and its respective Infractions, as well as the Government Resource Planning System (GRP).
The objective of this activity is to disseminate to new officials and technicians the Decree-Law No. 22/2022, of May 11, “Legal Regime for Public Contract Procurement and its respective infractions”, and the GRP system, so that employees understand well the procedures, such as public contract management, public finance, accounting, reconciliation, and reporting, in the procurement and finance area.
The trainers for this training session are from the Ministry of Finance itself, focused on providing knowledge in the area of Public Procurement according to the aforementioned decree-law, and also with a focus on the GRP System, so that new employees understand how these systems operate and function.
