The event, hosted by ASEAN Secretary-General H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, featured discussions on regional science, technology, and innovation initiatives. Dr. Honório and his delegation emphasized Timor-Leste’s commitment to advancing regional collaboration in these fields.
