H.E Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, Mr.Longuinhos dos Santos, along with other members of Government, participated in the meeting of the new budgeting process of the law of “Grande Opsaun Planu” which was chaired by H.E Prime Minister. The meeting was held in the Auditorium of the Ministry of Finance.
