H.E Minister of Higher Education,Science and Culture, Mr. Longuinhos dos Santos, Along with Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, Mr.Armindo Maia, participated in the ceremony of inauguration the Community Learning Centre “Kuda-Ulun Bobonaro”, in Holsa, Administrative post Maliana, Municipality Bobonaro.

H.E Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture, Mr. Longuinhos dos Santos participated in the swearing-in ceremony of four members of 8th Constitutional Government, swore by H.E President of Republic Democratic of Timor-Leste, Mr. Francisco Lu olo, at the Presidential Palace Nicolau Lobato.
