This 3-day session features national speakers from Timor who have conducted research with innovations in various scientific study areas, funded by the National Institute of Science and Technology (INCT). In this session, the four invited speakers will make presentations in their respective research areas, which include: research outcomes in the field of Agriculture, the Chemistry field concerning formaldehyde used in food, which is distributed in shopping centers, and research outcomes on the flood prevention mechanism.
These research outcomes will serve as recommendations to be offered to the Government of Timor-Leste to address the country’s sustainability needs, as established in the National Strategic Development Plan.
Members of the government, the diplomatic corps, academics, and students from higher education institutions, veterans, and representatives of relevant institutions participated in this session.
