Díli, 07/10/2024: The technical team from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Culture, representing the National Directorate of Logistics and Heritage (DNLP), led by the Head of Department and technicians, participated in the opening of the GRP-ASSER MODULE system training, which was held in the Ministry of Finance hall in Aitarak-Laran, Díli.
This training is based on the Policy and Program Plan of the IX Constitutional Government, defined by Decree-Law no. 32/2011 of July, concerning the “Management and alignment of the State’s movable assets and Reform of the State’s Heritage Management,” through the ratification and configuration of the Free Balance Asset Module System to inventory Movable and Immovable Assets throughout Timor-Leste. The referred system will enable the automation of the payment system for the purchase of minor capital goods, which will begin its update in the 2025 Budget Execution.
The training will be conducted over five (5) days, starting from the 7th to the 11th of October 2024, with participants from all ministries.
