by General Director of Higher Education and Science and Executive Director of ADTL, signed a Memorandum of Understanding at MESCC hall, Colmera – Dili.
The principal objective of the signature of this MoU, is to support the acquisition of specific materials to help those students that have special needs in higher education Institutions.
The Ministry of higher Education, Science and Culture, wanted to implement this method to create a condition to guarantee equal opportunities in the process of education and learning for those students that have special needs.
H.E Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture participated in the ceremony along with the National Directors, Advisers and the technical staffs.
